WATER SAVER® and WATER SAFE GUARD® options available for the LP-10 Reversed Osmosis system.

Reverse osmosis filter with the WATER SAVER® option.
The LP-10 is combined with a permeate pump. The pump, which works on hydropower, ensures that the membrane handles backwash more efficiently. For the production of 10 litres of demineralised water, the LP-10 normally uses 30 litres of waste water. THE WATER SAVER® reduces this to 20 litres. A saving of 85 m3 on a yearly basis.

A membrane has a life cycle of 3 to 7 years. Normally, the functioning of the membrane is checked by an engineer annually. The WATER SAFE GUARD® continually monitors the quality of the produced demineralised water, without the intervention of an engineer. As an ultimate safety switch, the WATER SAFE GUARD® turns off a connected humidifier if the quality of the water is so poor as to constitute a health risk.
