The Kick-Off meeting of the NanoBAK2 consortium took place on 20 – 21st of November 2013. Together with 8 special selected partners we will develop a innovative and energy-efficient proofing/cooling technology based on ultrasonic humidification for high quality bakery products.

The 8 partners are: RFT Frischetechnik GmbHVerein zur foerderung des Technologietransfers and der Hochschule Bremerhaven E.V., Wolfram Ungermann Systemkalte GmbHBioazulBoulangeries Patisseries Associes Nantes SARLBackerei und Konditorei Gerhard Sikken OHG2B Srl and Associaton Internationale de la Boulangerie Industielle.


The duration of the project shall be 24 moths.
